Did you know that you can create a more user friendly sales inquiry screen which will more easily show the relationship between the Invoices and Payments and overall customer status?
Highlights:
·At a single glance a user can easily see the relationship between invoices and payments/credits
·The user can easily see what invoices a payment has been applied to
·Much of the necessary customer information is located all on 1 screen (address, credit info, aging). This would require opening multiple different windows in GP to get the same information.
·Information can be exported to Excel
